Many export operations require packaging that matches the exact footprint of the goods, the handling equipment in use and the inner dimensions of the containers or trucks. Standard pallet and crate sizes may leave gaps, create overhang or fail to meet the regulatory requirements of the destination market.

Every custom order follows a structured process. Lead time, MOQ and exact costs depend on design complexity, material, quantity and delivery requirements.
Share Your Requirements
Provide cargo dimensions, weight, quantity, destination, handling method and any special requirements. The more detail you share, the more accurate our proposal.
Packaging Assessment and Structural Proposal
Our team reviews your requirements and proposes a packaging structure, material selection and approximate dimensions. We advise on any handling, stacking or export considerations.
Material and Treatment Confirmation
Wood species, panel grade, fastener type and any required phytosanitary treatment are confirmed based on destination and applicable regulations.
Drawing or Sample Approval
Where required, a production drawing or physical sample is prepared for your review and approval before mass production is authorised.
Production and Quality Inspection
Production proceeds on the confirmed specification. In-process checks and outgoing quality inspection are carried out. Third-party inspection can be arranged.
Packing and Shipment Coordination
Finished products are packed and prepared for dispatch. Shipment coordination and loading advice is provided. MOQ, lead time and delivery terms are confirmed per order.
