Packaging Assessment and Structural Proposal
Our team reviews your requirements and proposes a packaging structure, material selection and approximate dimensions, including handling, stacking and export considerations.
Material and Treatment Confirmation
Wood species, panel grade, fastener type and any required phytosanitary treatment are confirmed based on destination and applicable regulations.
Drawing or Sample Approval
Where required, a production drawing or physical sample is prepared for your review and approval before volume production is authorised.
Production and Quality Inspection
Production follows the confirmed specification. In-process checks and outgoing quality inspection are completed, and third-party inspection can be arranged.
Packing and Shipment Coordination
Finished products are prepared for dispatch. Loading advice, MOQ, lead time and delivery terms are confirmed per order.
